Returns Policy
Items delivered are not to be returned without our prior authorization. A return authorization document will be issued on request, if approval is granted. Return authorizations are valid only for 30 days from the date of issue. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted. Return authorizations issued may specify restocking charges. Shipping charges are not refundable. All items returned should be clearly labeled with the return authorization number.
Return Authorizations will not be issued for packaged software which has been opened or unsealed, or software delivered by means of electronic download, as these items are not returnable.
Goods returned must be received at our warehouse complete, in original packaging, and as specified by the Return Authorization document provided. Freight must be pre-paid, and any damage to the goods returned, while in transit, is the responsibility of the returning party, unless otherwise specified on the Return Authorization Document. A credit, if due, will only be issued after the returned goods have been accepted and inspected. No credit will be issued for goods returned but not accepted, or for goods returned in other than the required condition.
The return of goods by a customer against a return authorization document, constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of that document, including restocking charges, if specified.
In order to request a Return Authorization, please send an email to customerservice@ahearn.com. The email should specify the Ahearn & Soper Inc. etransaction reference number, the item sku(s) and quantity, and the reason for the return.
