LXE TRADE IN PROGRAM GUIDELINES

1.Customers must order a minimum of 10 new LXE mobile
computers to qualify for the program.

2. Quantity of computers traded in cannot exceed the number of
new LXE computers being purchased. One-for-one trade-ins will
generate the most cash for the customer.

3. The rebate amount is US$200 for each trade in with purchase of LXE computer hardware
only, US$300 for each trade in with purchase of LXE computer
hardware and ServicePass contract.

4. Trade-In computers must be from LXE, Motorola, Teklogix,
Intermec, Datalogic, DLoG, Citadel, and Glacier. If you have
equipment from another manufacturer you would like us to
consider, please call your Ahearn & Soper Sales Representative immediately.
Scanners and accessories do not apply.

5. Qualifying orders must be placed between October 5th, 2009 and
December 31, 2009.

6. New LXE equipment must ship by December 31, 2009 to be
considered for this program.

7. Serial numbers of the returned equipment must be provided to LXE
on the Trade-In form. LXE will then provide a RGA number for the
return of the equipment to LXE. Please contact your Ahearn & Soper Sales
representative for the Trade-in form and instructions on how to get
an RGA number. Once the equipment has been received at LXE
and reviewed, a customer credit will be issued.

8. Trade-in equipment must arrive at LXE by March 31, 2010.

9. Program MAY be combined with other LXE programs running at
the same time.
