which entitles our customers to support over the phone
for their systems, software and applications. The Ahearn
& Soper support centre is staffed with experienced
technical specialists that will make sure problems or
questions are handled promptly and efficiently. They
will also make sure that systems are maintained with
the latest software updates. This will help you maximize
productivity and system performance.
Remote Monitoring Service
Our Support Specialists have the capability of connecting
to a customer's server remotely to check system performance.
Software updates necessary to correct problems or enhance
system performance can be installed remotely. Once connected
to the system, we can verify the status of the entire
radio network throughout the network. If we confirm
that there is a problem, the most efficient way of correcting
the problem can be determined prior to dispatching an
expert to the site.
Technical Training
