Matica C320 Metal Plate Embossing System

Model C320 has been specifically designed to provide low/medium volume metal marking applications with an electronic solution where, until today, the only low-cost alternatives have been manual systems. The C320, while ideal for industrial applications that require lower processing speed than that offered by more expensive systems or as a back-up unit for larger systems, still offers the convenience of an automatic plate feeder mechanism and on-line capability.

The design of the C320 is not only compact and ergonomic, thus allowing it to fit into any office of factory environment, but is also sturdy and resistant. The cover, made in a combination of aluminum and self-extinguishable plastic material, allows the C320 to withstand harsh industrial environments, thus ensuring its reliable performance over time.

Matica C360 Manual Metal Plate Embossing System

The C360 Metal Plate Embossing System allows the user to emboss plates of various sizes, materials, shapes and thicknesses. It is a highly resistant and reliable system, with a simple but rugged internal build to withstand harsh industrial environments.

Model C360 is a manual feed embosser specifically designed for low-volume production and for applications where plates sizes vary frequently during the production process.

Matica C410 Automatic Metal Plate Embossing System

The Matica C410 Automatic Metal Plate electronic embosser has speeds of up to 350 plates per hour. A new cover design allows easier operator access.  The C410 embosser is ruggedly built to withstand the harshest industrial environments. Specifically engineered for heavy duty and continuous production, the C410 is a strong, reliable system that is ready to handle a huge variety of sizes, materials, shapes, and thicknesses.
