Ahearn & Soper's eHrVIEW is a module the employee can log into to review personal information, schedules, preferences, certifications, accrued balances and make requests for approval. eHrVIEW reduces the task load and paperwork in HR and payroll. This self-service module is the dashboard for the employee, his/her supervisors and management to communicate the HR needs and wants of the individual as well as the company.

Reporting is available for every element of data and is designed to output in multiple formats including Adobe PDF and comma separated for Excel. Acumen supports most popular report writers and can provide an ERD / Data Dictionary to allow users to build ad-hoc or custom reports.
